[Phase 1] Identifying Requirements
Working directly with our in-house manufacturing, engineering, and design teams, we'll gain an understanding of your needs. Whether it's a minor modification on an existing product, or a completely new design from the ground up - our team can start the journey of turning your sketches or descriptions into a working new product!

A solutions engineer is assigned to your inquiry, and works directly with you to come up with options to ensure we meet all of your requirements.

[Phase 2] Design Proposals & Prototypes
Depending on the complexity of the request, sketches and design options can be presented as soon as next business day. We'll review together any additional modifications or requirements needed, until an idealized design that meets your specific needs are met! With an approved design, initial prototypes can be available within a week.

This allows you to have a piece in hand for testing, to see if any additional changes are needed!

[Phase 3] Bulk Production
With approval of the prototype sample, we can proceed with bulk production of your order, right in our Plainview, New York manufacturing facility! In-house production allows us to start shipping box-quantities of your custom design often as soon as a few days, to fulfill any urgent needs!

Once production is finished - whether you're located within the US, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Germany, or the UK - our network of (5) international warehouses worldwide means you'll get items quickly, with no worries about hidden customs, taxes, or landed charges adding to the cost of your project!
