"We at FPA partnered with VidaBox because they promised the best focus on attention to product detail and client support. As a business owned and operated by one integrator having to learn new products and keep up with the Joneses, it's extremely difficult due to time constraints. However, our clientele demand new technologies for movie and music streaming and cataloging. Without the ability to explore a vast majority of products in the industry (and deal with horrible technical support reps), I chose VidaBox because of their promise and commitment to their products and our industry.

Of course after deciding to purchase my first system with VidaBox came the 101 courses on how to deploy and implement the product for my client. This was the best part because what they had advised is they backed up - even until the most recent installation that has been done. Before the Christmas break of 09’, I had installed a Slim V2 into one of my clients home. As the client tried to use the unit during the break he was unable to play a Blu-Ray movie because of the Blu-ray firmware being out of date. The client emailed me at about 9pm on Saturday, Dec. 26. I knew that I would not catch anyone by their phones, but figured I’ll send an email and deal with it when I get a reply. Within 5 minutes I get a reply from Steven asking me for the units serial number so he can log on and investigate the problem. Within 5 more minutes he emails me back to tell me that he had to update the software and that it was taken care of - my client could now sit down and watch the movie.

My client could not believe our ability to respond so immediately to resolve the problem during a holiday, on a weekend night and from 1000+ miles away. Needless to say this is the type of service that a manufacturer provides because they understand the necessity to support dealers with their clients and help their dealers grow their business through referrals and being confident in the products and services the dealers are providing.

I can truly say that I would not be selling Media Servers if it wasn’t for VidaBox and their exceptional support. I would not trust this integral part of my business to any other manufacturer because they have gone out of their way to support little me in any way.
