Power + Data for Samsung / Android USB-C devices
The Lava SynC PE: Ethernet Adapter connects via USB-C to provide both Ethernet and 10.4 Watts of charging power at the same time (data + power), from a single CAT5/5e/6 Ethernet cable connected to a PoE-enabled switch.
Secured Samsung Compatibility
The Lava SynC PE ethernet adapter combo was developed with Samsung Knox in coordination with the Samsung Enterprise Alliance Program (SEAP). This adapter uses the Samsung SDK to provide government grade security for your Samsung Galaxy device.
USB-C Cable Required
The adapter connects to your Samsung / Android device using a separate (not included) USB-C cable. Maximum cable length supported is up to 6.6 feet [2m] long. The cable would carry data & support 10/100 Ethernet networking and provides bandwidth up to 100 Mbps.

This wired Ethernet connection is compatible with 10/100 PoE switches, and provides reliable LAN connectivity at up to 100Mbps!
Step by Step
Locate the nearest wall outlet (120-240V A/C) to your tablet mounting location. Plug in our
VidaPower PoE Switch to the outlet, and connect a standard CAT/Ethernet cable from your router to the switch's uplink port. Next, run the powered CAT5 cable to your tablet location (up to 600') and connect it to the CAT5 port on the Lava Power Adapter. Finally, connect your Micro USB charging cable to the Micro USB port of the Adapter, run your charging cable to your device and voila - we've connected your device to an A/C outlet up to 600' away! You're good!

Just need power, with no Ethernet? Use our Power Injector & save!
There are three ways to power your Samsung Galaxy tablet or Android device. Option one is to use the original charging cable with A/C adapter plugged into a standard 120/240V wall outlet, which may mean installing an A/C outlet if not close enough to your project. Your second option includes this Lava Power Adapter and the optional Power Injector to bring power from any standard 120/240V wall outlet within 600', if we won't need wired Ethernet! This could save the time, expense, and headaches involved with installing a new outlet! (Yes, you can thank us later!)
Optional, High Wattage PoE Switch
If we need to charge multiple adapters, consider using our high-power, 60W Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) switch and enjoy sustained charging for up to (4) Lava adapters. A properly connected switch will provide reliable, wired Ethernet via the uplink connection!
