Similar to others around the world, VidaBox LLC has been proactively dealing with the impact of the coronavirus pandemic.

Our foremost priority is the health of our employees who support clients everyday. Our proactive measures have included:
- Immediate reduction of 75+% of on-site workforce
- Suspending all business travel
- Restricting visitors
- Eliminating local pickups / replaced with curbside pickups
- Wherever possible, working remotely and meeting virtually for social distancing
- Meeting any guidance from government authorities and health agencies.

As a essential manufacturer of equipment for many hospitals, health, and elder care facilities, our production lines are up and running at the time of writing, and have been prioritized to produce & fill orders destined for any medical and care facilities.

To meet emergency demand from our medical clients, effective immediately, VidaBox will start providing phone & chat support for all domestic and international customers from 3am to 9pm New York / Eastern time, 5 days a week.

Otherwise, general inventory levels are healthy, with very few products out-of-stock at our US-Global warehouse (less than 2-3 weeks backlog for Out-of-Stock items).

We remain confident in our ability to continue providing the excellent level of service and support everyone has come to expect from VidaBox. Ultimately: even with many of our staff working remotely, our VidaBox team is available - just an online chat or phone call away.

Regardless of the uncertainties created by this pandemic, we want you to know that VidaBox is here for you – focused on excellent service and support to minimize disruptions.
