We can exchange the item within the 1st 30 days of purchase!  There is no restocking fees for opened items, as long as it passes inspection approval to ensure it is in a resalable state.

For fastest service, simply order the new item, and then return it as per the below.  This way - your new replacement part will be on its way ASAP!  You'll then receive a full refund for the returned item!

Items returned for warranty service must not have been worn beyond normal use, altered, or damaged by abuse, negligence, or other factors unrelated to defects in workmanship.

All returns for warranty service must be requested within the warranty period. Returned items must have shipping prepaid; we will cover return ground shipping costs.

· To start a return for warranty / service:

1. Click here to email us via email with item in question, problem / symptoms experienced, order number, and serial number of item (if applicable)

2. After doing some basic troubleshooting, we will reply with the proper return form and the assigned RMA number. Please do not ship any goods for warranty service without contact us first - most reported symptoms can be easily fixed with basic troubleshooting to save you time and money!

3. You'll be given return instructions and an RMA form to complete!
