We are open and shipping ASAP - but service carriers *may* be delayed (more below!)

VidaBox is actively shipping all orders - carriers may have delays
VidaBox is actively shipping any and all orders, usually within the same business day when placed before 3:30pm at the US warehouse, and same/next business day for orders placed at our international warehouses.

However, please be aware that your order may experience transit delays. For the latest info, please:

1) TRACK your order here: https://www.vidabox.com/kiosks/trackorder/index/
2) CONTACT the respective carrier selected at the time of checkout, as they have posession of your package - not VidaBox.
