"Owning a DVD collection of over 900 and a Bluray collection of about 100 (and growing bigger by the month) I decided to dive into the media center world. After a year or two of reading every possible magazine and asking everyone I knew about media centers, I decided to actually contact an actual manufacturer and get the 411 on them.

I contacted Vidabox and was greeted by Steven C. He answered every question I had (and trust me I had some stupid questions) with intelligence and patience. He guided me and explained how the media centers work and how it could take care of all my headaches.

The beauty of a Media Center is to be able to store all of your DVDs and be able to distribute them throughout the house. After about a year (you read right, 1 full year) of back and forth emails with Steven (by the way he has to be awarded most patient business man ever) I decided to take the plunge & buy it from a local dealer. Trust me, saving a few thousand dollars for this was no easy feat. I had to save separately for this. But I knew it would make my collection complete. I’m glad I did it. So far it’s been about 2 months and I’ve stored 505 movies. The best part of the Vidabox wasn’t the actual system it was actually the customer service.

I’m not a computer person, I’m a movie watcher. All I wanted to do is buy a Media Center, archive my movies and that’s it. Well it’s not that easy. Some movies are scratched, some movies have different codes, some movies come in 2 parts, and in some movies - the DVD cover art doesn’t archive correctly or at all.

Luckily, with VidaBox's ProActive Service, the VidaBox team can use my internet connection, log in remotely, and been able to help me within minutes... and I truly mean minutes, not hours, not days - MINUTES !!!!

My wife was amazed how quickly VidaBox's staff logs in remotely and takes care of the problem. With a simple email, their team will remote in and take care of pretty much everything and anything you can throw at them. Now that’s what I call “Customer Service”…… forget about everything else. If I buy something, I want to make sure that if something went wrong, someone could be reached quickly and take care of my problem. I’m talking Saturday and Sunday they responded with no problems. I didn’t have to pack up the unit and mail it back out, and I didn’t have to wait on an hour phone call. Just a simple email, that’s it.

Steve, I wish you all the business in the world. Your team deserves a record breaking year. Just please, whatever you do, don’t give up your remarkable customer service! That is by far one of the best features you can give any new customer."
