What is the Upgrade Program?
The VidaBox Upgrade Program allows you to send back current VidaBox SLIM, LUX, MAX, and ZERO systems for new upgrades. New, innovative technologies can be added after your initial purchase of the VidaBox, so you can enjoy your media center with the latest technology for years to come.
What can I upgrade?
Currently, HDCP compliant video outputs are available. Other upgrades, such as HDMI, Blu-ray drives, HD-DVD drives, and CableCARD will become available later.
How much does it cost?
Upgrade cost will depend on the upgrade desired and the system itself. All upgrades will be reasonably priced, with all work warrantied.
How can I upgrade my unit?
First, contact us for pricing information and a firm quote. If you want to proceed with the upgrade, simply send your unit back to us, or have it serviced at an authorized location. The greatest benefit is knowing that your VidaBox will never becoming obsolete - You'll practically never have to replace your VidaBox again! |
