I recently built a custom estate and invested over $200,000 in a home theater. I spent weeks researching a Blu-Ray compatible Media Server and had narrowed it down to three Kaleidescape, Mozaex and Vidabox. I instantly eliminated Kaliedescape due to the fact that it required the physical disc for play back. I decided to go with the Vidabox and I have never been so happy about a decision I have made. It has been playing in my theater for over a month now and I can't begin to stress how much I love it. Here are the main reasons why I chose the Vidabox:
Price advantage similarly equipped players are money and have less storage.
Customer Service I had emailed or called in with numerous questions and always received a prompt reply.
Product features I liked the fact that I could store all of my pictures, personal videos, music and Blu-Rays on one easy to
use interface.
After purchasing it this is what I like best about it
It works the system has never gone down and the play back of movies is excellent.
Ease of use Just load a disc, pictures or movies and hit copy it's that easy.
Interface it just looks so good. You can organize your movies, pictures, etc.. in so many different ways.
Customer Service If it is possible I think the service is even better after purchasing it. Steven himself has replied with
answers to my questions at 11PM on a Sunday. They are also able to remote in to your system that included the
initial installation and any issues that may arise.
Friends and family think it is incredible
I own a business with 150 employees that generates $125 million dollars a year in sales so I understand how difficult it is to satisfy customers. I took the time to write this to let anyone know who is in the market for a Media Server that the Vidabox is hands down the winner by a long shot!!!!
