Call for Dealer Support

Available to new VidaBox™ owners during regular business hours, this service was designed to help those who are in need of installation assistance. After the installation, most questions are usually "how-to's," which are usually covered in the interactive forum and the knowledge base. We recommend that you search the forum, or go through the troubleshooting guide first before calling - it will save you valuable time, eliminate the most common sources of problems.
