Is the stream playing out from the RCHD or your LUX system?
There are a couple of things that could be happening. If Arcsoft was recently updated, it likes to make itself the default codec for playing back audio. Unfortunatly, it doesn't playback MP3 files correctly. CQC uses direcshow for music playback but it doesn't deside which codecs to use. It lets directshow decide which codec to use. Directshow has a mechanism for deciding which codec to use based on merit levels for each codec. Lets say there are 3 codecs installed on a system that say they can decode MP3 music. Directshow will use the codec with the highest merit level. So what needs to be done is to reduce the merit level for the arcsoft codec so that a "good" codec gets used for MP3 playback.
You will need to download a program to allow you to manage the codecs installed on the machine. Here is a link to the program:
http://www.softella.com/dsfm/index.en.htm. Run it on the machine outputting the audio to the NUVO. You should see a screen like the following:
Double-click on "Arcsoft Audio Decoder" then set the merit level to "Do not use". Click "Set Merit Level" then close the pop-up. You will then need to reboot your system. I think that should solve your issue.
