As previously discussed last month, please contact us directly via phone/email for the fastest service. All Media Center, Server, and Extender questions should be sent to us directly and not posted on the forum, as 99%+ of all issues can be resolved within the first 5 minutes of a support call.
On the other hand, programming questions related to our control platform / vAutomation 1 are best suited for the forum, where they can be addressed properly and more in depth.
