So you have the IP and port info hardcoded into the HTML page itself or do you pass the IP and port info in the URL you pass to the web page? Are you using one web URL for all the cameras? Maybe you should call me. We can iron this out a bit faster over the phone.

All done and working great, just need to open IE log into the cameras and ask IE to remember the password and your done. Just doing a new JS file to allow direct access to the right lens only, on the dual lens units (not cheap Mobotix cameras but probably the most complete on the market) we even have the cameras linked to vAutomation to trigger events.
When the new JS file is done I will post all the files + info file for anyone to use.
Mike.

Axis Camera rights issue I think
In reading this Forum, I see that you had problems, but didn't describe what you did to fix it.
I have the Axis 240Q Video Server, and I can see the cameras at the IP address I set up, but get the following error on CQC
"Connection lost for the video stream. Reconnection in Progress" it never connects. This all works at my place, but not at another home.
Is it an Active X right's issue. If so, how did you sort it out?
Like I said, it works if I go directly to the website URL, but not when I use CQC.

Mike's issue was more that he had passwords setup on his cameras and it would not prompt to enter the password in CQC so the camera page would timeout. If he enters the password in IE, then he can see the page in CQC. I think your issue is a little different.

The issue we had was the cameras supply too much info, they have buttons and commands around the actual image, so we had to write some scripts that strip away everything except for the image. This we did by getting CQC to call an HTML file held locally from a web browser window, this in turn called a Java Script file that did all the work, we also had to go into IE and change the active X settings to allow all to be run from local disk.
These files are designed for Mobotix cameras that work with all internet browsers (part of the problem), feel free to try them for personal use. CQC_webcams.zip

I had a quick look at both of them and cant find any reference to an IP address anywhere.
Also, is frame rate adjustable?
How do I adjust image size
Thanks
Mick

I'm not a 100% sure but I think the ip address get's passed in as a variable in the url of the html page in the zip file. Not sure what the parameters would look like however as I didn't right the HTML. Besides, this script will only work with the video and at a very slow framerate (1fps). It's a pure javascript implementation and it's very slow. In your case you need audio and video so I think you need to use the Mobotix activex control instead. Here is a link to the documentation and demo page for creating your own html page to view the camera feed. http://developer.mobotix.com/mobotix...x.html#activex
