Making Reservations

Persons interested in attending a VidaBox training session will be served on a first-come, first-served basis. Seating is limited, so reserve a spot as early as possible to guarantee spacing. If seating is not available, you can reserve a "standby" seat, or simply attend the next training session. "Standby" seats will be confirmed 2 days (or earlier) before the training.

Confirming Reservations

Attendees planning to fly in for training must contact us 1 week in advance (or earlier) to confirm their reservations by submitting their flight itinerary. Local attendees (driving in) must confirm their reservations 3 days or earlier in advance of the training. Failure to confirm your seat may void your reservation, and have it be assigned to someone else on our waiting list.
