How do I become a dealer?

To become a dealer, the first step is to fill out a VidaBox dealer application. click on the right, and submit your application and information on line (link on the right).

All information in the application will be held in the strictest of confidence, and only used internally.

What's the application process like?

VidaBox dealer applications are now only accepted via the online portal (see link on right side).

Once the application is received, we will provide an email response within 24-72 hours (usually by the next business day). Make sure that your email's junk filter has our vidabox.com address white-listed, so that our response doesn't get lost!

If you do not receive a response within 72 hours, please contact us immediately! We always respond and reply to all submitted applications. (Note: Many times, we cannot contact you because we received an incorrect/mistyped email address!)

Upon approval, we will contact you via email with more information about our dealer program, requirements, and further instructions.

Where will I purchase VidaBox equipment?

If approved, all domestic and some international VidaBox dealers will work directly with VidaBox for all purchases, technical support, and sales inquiries. There is no middle man, no distribution chain. This is ideal for several reasons:

- It allows us to custom manufacture systems to suit your customers' needs
- It allows and creates the most efficient and immediate chain of support
- It allows us to pass greater savings and value with lower overhead

Dealers in some international regions (Europe, CIS Countries, Australia) must purchase through their local authorized distributor for training, support, and service purposes. Please contact us for details.

What are dealer margins?

VidaBox custom products' margins are commensurate w. traditional AV equipment margins, with little or no minimum. Accessories have dealer friendly margins as well, but are subject to order minimums and MOQs.

Unfortunately, VidaBox does not release any margin information or numbers until an official application has been completed, reviewed by us, and approved. This is to protect the integrity of our dealer network.


Are there any minimums or requirements?

It depends on the product line that you are seeking. On media center systems, the requirements are minimal, while vAutomation equipment will require mandatory training and demo equipment purchase.
